Last summer, DJ Mustard released a compilation mixtape Ketchup, and Joe Moses walked away with one of the most memorable verses on Ty Dolla $ign's "Paranoid." When it crossed-over to Top 40, Joe Moses' verse was dropped in favor of B.o.B., but he's back this summer with All Out effortlessly channeling those same wild West Coast vibes. Moses boasts some straight rap tracks, but fairs better playing the sideman to R&B singers, like on "New One" with Chris Constantine Mills and an excellent reconnection with Ty$ and Tyga on "For a Real 1."
