OutKast, Jack White and Vampire Weekend Top Governors Ball Lineup
The Randall’s Island festival revealed its lineup today with a full-page ad in the New York Times. No surprise, a reunited OutKast top the bill. Joining them as headliners are festival regulars Jack White and Vampire Weekend.
