Drake and J. Cole have shared the music video for “First Person Shooter,” a cut from Drake’s most recent album, For All The Dogs. The clip comes just two days after the Toronto and Fayetteville MCs’ announcement of a joint 2024 U.S. tour.

The hyper-referential, Gibson Hazard-directed short begins with actor Brian Baumgartner (Kevin from The Office) gaming at his “Interim Manager” desk while the final match of a heated table tennis tournament takes place in the conference room. (The finalists, of course, are J. Cole and Drake.)

Then the conference room opens up into a stadium, which turns out to be housed in the crown of a rook on a chessboard, at which the two rappers are once again found facing off (a la Messi and Ronaldo, of course). Their epic battle later shifts into a boxing bout and a Spiderman point-off before Drake takes over completely, embodying a strange hybrid of the Joker and Stalin as he and his dog-faced minions take over New York City, erecting a stone statue of the 6 God and waving the banner of his home country, Canada.
