Jean Dawson has shared the second installment of his JEAN DAWSON AS… trilogy. The three-track “DESTRUCTION FOR DUMMIES”, PT. 2 JEAN DAWSON AS “NIGHTMARE” follows May’s “XSCAPE”, PT. 1 JEAN DAWSON AS “PHOENIX”, a double single.
The new tracks — “NO SCOPE,” “X-RAY,” and “VEXED” — are characteristic of Dawson’s catalog, undeniable rock ballads that are unmistakably hip-hop tinged. They continue a hot streak for the Mexican-American artist that hit a high point with his 2022 album CHAOS NOW*.
