Lil Uzi Vert and Atlanta producer Cassius Jay have teamed up for another collaboration. The new song "Die Today" comes after the pair shared "Big Racks" in December. Like that song, "Die Today" sounds like it was recorded in Lil Uzi's mixtape era, or perhaps during the early sessions for his debut album Luv Is Rage 2. It's a treat, of course, to hear these tunes officially released rather than pop up on shady SoundCloud accounts. Everyone wins!
Listen to "Die Today" below. The song probably isn't connected to Lil Uzi Vert's second album Eternal Atake — the release date is unknown, despite Lil Uzi Vert once claiming it was dropping in June. He has shared music videos for the album's singles "Sanguine Paradise," and "That's A Rack."
