Yung Miami unharmed after drive-by shooting in Florida
The rapper is pregnant with her second child.
Yung Miami of Florida rap duo City Girls is unharmed after an apparently targeted drive-by shooting in Florida, Miami-Dade police have confirmed to The FADER.
The incident, initially reported by TMZ, occurred close to Circle House Studios in Miami, Florida. Yung Miami was in a red Mercedes G-Wagon when the shots were fired. "We responded at 1 o’clock in the morning on a report of shots fired," a Miami-Dade police spokesman told The FADER. "Upon officer's arrival, they observed a red Mercedes-Benz vehicle. The person known as Yung Miami was in the vehicle and was unharmed."
In the video below, she appears to be speaking with police and describing the shooting. "The shots started from behind me," she says. "'Cause when I got to the stop sign I said 'Oh shit, somebody shooting.'" Watch the video below via TMZ.
Yung Miami announced her pregnancy in June. It is her second child and first with her partner, Southside of 808 Mafia.
