Skip Marley's got a lot on his plate: he's currently gearing up for the release of his full-length debut project, and has a collaboration with Major Lazer out this Friday. Ahead of all that, he's still riding the high from his newest single "That's Not True," a sun-baked track that feels like a proper introduction into a new Marley generation.
Today, Skip's sharing a new video for the track, which depicts a slice of life in the heart of Little Haiti (in Skip's native Miami). His uncle Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley, who drops a verse on the song, appears in the video as well. Check out the clip, and read Skip's intention behind it, below:
"'That’s Not True' is about trying to find the positivity and light in the darkness that can sometimes eclipse humanity. We can all be the best versions of ourselves & lift one another by coming together and spreading positive vibes.”
