The Summer of '17 is a never-ending season of hijinks for three friends in North Hollywood. After episodes one and two, the third episode follows Tony, Paul, and Jeffery as they scramble to make money and stick to the promises they made to friends and family members.
While Jeffrey does his best to stay on Alana's good side and Tony figures out a way to smoothly pay off Sunny for a debt, Paul finds a new confidante to join him in seeing his dad in the hospital. The episode also addresses the societal changes in North Hollywood, as well as the pressures felt while trying to make it in the professional skating world.
