Alicia Keys has been confirmed as the host for this year's upcoming Grammy Awards. The Recording Academy confirmed the news via Twitter on Tuesday with a video message from Keys.
The evening will mark the singer's first time hosting the Grammys — although she has appeared, and performed at the show numerous times throughout her career. Keys is also a 15-time Grammy award winner.
Notable acts that are up for major Grammy awards this year include Cardi B (five nominations), Kacey Musgraves (album of the year nomination), Nipsey Hussle (rap album of the year nomination), Ariana Grande (two nominations), and the late Mac Miller among others.
Catch the 61st Grammys on CBS on February 10.
