City Girls have announced the title and release date of their upcoming album. Girl Code, the South Florida duo's follow-up to their viral tape, Period, is set to release on November 16.
The news shouldn't come as a surprise ― back in July, members JT and Yung Miami announced that they would be releasing a second project later this year. The announcement was made before JT ― real name Jatavia Johnson ― turned herself in to Miami's Federal Detention Center for fraudulent credit card charges.
Over the past few months, there has been much speculation about an early release for JT this December after several outlets reported that Yung Miami tweeted that she would be out next month. Miami later clarified that she doesn't have a Twitter account and that the reports weren't true. JT's release date is still currently slated for March 21, 2020.
