Iggy Azalea's North American tour has been cancelled, according to Variety.
The tour would've been Azalea's first U.S. tour as a headliner in four years. The "Bad Girls" tour was scheduled to kick off later this month.
“Due to unforeseen circumstances, Iggy Azalea’s The Bad Girls Tour has been cancelled,” Live Nation told Variety, via statement. “Refunds are available at point of purchase.”
Azalea commented on the news via Twitter:
Variety adds, "while there was no elaboration on what those circumstances were, a large number of tickets were available for the four dates that had not yet been canceled late Saturday night, and Azalea’s long stretch out of the spotlight — both the tour and her recent “Survive the Summer” EP were her first in four years — probably contributed to low sales."
The news comes after CupcakKe announced she had pulled out of the tour.
The FADER has reached out to Azalea's team and Live Nation for comment.
