1. Hey guys, quick announcement: Makonnen and Rae Sremmurd's “Love” is maybe the song of the year. Not just because it was produced by Mike WiLL Made-It and Travis Barker, but because it is the exact anti-cuffing anthem we didn't know we needed.

2. SOB x RBE's Daboii raps about public sex, petty people, and making mistakes and learning lessons over far-away-sounding, wordless intonation on “Reckless.”

3. Princess Nokia just released a bomb video for the hard and fast 1992 cut “Flava.” It stars the Bronx rapper and three of her cohorts strutting in pastel skirt suits through Manhattan.

4. Syd's new EP is a dream. Our favorite is the full-bodied, twinkling “On The Road," a song about being on tour.

5. Please keep 'em coming, Mal Devisa! On this latest one, the Tony Seltzer-produced “Crowd Pleaser,” her Nina Simone-like voice sounds better than ever.

6. Gavin Mays (of Cities Aviv) has a new project, TIRE, and its post-punk-esque, two-minute first single "Diamond Cut," is a mood.

7. Father, Lil Yachty, and Meltycanon is quite a team. Their new collab, “Dreamboat Freestyle,” is as bright and woozy as you'd expect.

8. Beware, because your heart might burst listening to Creek Boyz's "I'm The One," a serious uplifter about believing in yourself.

9. Bronx rappers are clearly having a moment: MIKE's jazz-inflected “God's With Me" feels like sitting by the Harlem river, thinking about life.

10. Thank you to Juelz for turning "ur new fav meme" into a club track. And “Ting Go Skrra” goes hard.

11. "No respect, suck my dick," Chynna raps, all raspy and moody on “Practice,” on which she asserts her right to be as arrogant as she pleases.

12. Future Lil Uzi Vert-collaborator Marilyn Manson is angry as ever on his seething new song, “We Know Where You Fucking Live.”

13. Mount Kimbie reaffirms their ambient mastery with the sublime and jammy “SP12 Beat.”

14. Norwegian trance trio Sassy 009's “Pretty Baby” is somehow slick and gritty at the same time. And that beat — damn.

15. Texas songwriter Lomelda sings about demons and romance on the beautiful "Bam Sha Klam," a slow-moving, world-swallowing highlight from her excellent new full-length.
