Under his moniker Limited, Brooklyn producer/guitarist Alex Craig translates the sensibilities he's honed playing shoegaze and dream-pop into an eerie, bleak atmosphere. This uncanny blend is exemplified on his new song, "Long Gone," debuting below in advance of his Unknown Caller EP for Terrible Records's Flexible imprint. Craig's distinctly raspy vocals crawl towards a bittersweet hook, which is upholstered by industrial drum programming and ghoulish synths.

"Long Gone" started as this super simple, almost nursery rhyme type melodic idea," Craig shared with The FADER over email. "I wanted the chorus to sound like 'Row, Row, Row Your Boat' but recast as this brooding, ominous thing. Despite the kind of gloomy production elements, it was important to me that the sing-songy qualities of it shined through."
