President Obama took to Twitter to deliver his final Summer Playlist as the POTUS. There are two of them and they're broken into Daytime jams and Nighttime jams. Obama is a big neo soul guy. In the Daytime he hops from Common to Wale to Courtney Barnett. He's got range. In the evening, things slow down a bit and touch more on the R&B and soul side of things.
