A narrator sets the scene in Vic Mensa and Skrillex's chaotic, colorful new clip. "I grew up in this city," she says in Japanese. "My mother said I was born on a full moon. My father said I was crazy. I'm just a bit more curved than your average girl. My family was unsure of what to do with me. A couple years ago I discovered a new part of Tokyo that was full of creativity, arts, and style. This is the under world of Tokyo, no rules, all about self expression.
