In a 2012 FADER interview, Palmistry described his collaboration with Triad God. "I met him, and he said he wanted to be a rapper, and I said, 'Cool, I make music too.' We did this quick EP and I was really into the tracks on an emotional level, and I was really into him as a character... Vinh just spits, and I'd make music out of his a cappellas. He'd just sing into the laptop mic, and we'd make a track of that."

The latest result of their work together is "Gwan Ye Gong." In the Jim Alexander-directed clip, Triad engages in a ritual, burning money bill by bill before folding his hands in prayer. Palmistry's beat mostly stays out of the way. Watch above.
