Chance The Rapper Takes A “Hiatus Broadcast”

FADER cover star Chance The Rapper took a break from his ongoing #SaveChicago campaign to post his new track "Hiatus Broadcast." He pulled some Soundcloud trickery in the process, swapping out the post-Acid Rap "Home Studio" for the soulful new snippet, named on Chance's Twitter. Is it end transmission for the MC? Not likely: he told an audience in late April that Surf, his new album with The Social Experiment, would drop within a week. That deadline has come and gone, but "Hiatus" has me letting off my own cartoony yelps of excitement. Read up on all the Surf details and get prepared.
