Arca and his close creative partner Jesse Kanda have shared a rather visceral visual for "Sad Bitch," off last year's Xen. Within, an a CGI body undulates while blisters form on its back and then pop off, forming a cloud of red spots. It's perhaps a little disturbing, but a lot hypnotic.
