Last night, following Chanel's buzzy feminist protest and runway show, Karl Lagerfeld threw a lavish afterparty that also celebrated Carine Roitfeld's birthday and the fifth issue of CR Fashion Book. Guests, including Kim Kardashian and Justin Bieber, converged on the Peninsula Hotel in Paris wearing '40s-washed looks in shades of black and white. Jessie Ware performed on a simply set stage, wearing an elegant high-waisted suit and two giant, pale pink orchids tucked into her hair.
