This song is so beautiful, and like all songs by the Stockholm duo Karl X Johan I like to listen to it really, painfully loud, like I'm trying to make my inner ears reach a nonsexual climax. (It's rare that I do this, turn stuff up so much, so actually notable.) The music video is strange, directed by Olivia Kastebring to be visually and thematically darker than you'd expect for a song that feels a bit like riding the back of a seagull straight toward a sunrise. The single is out now via Emotion.
