Since Vietnam graced the FADER #42 cover back in December 2006, group leader Michael Gerner took some time out to breathe, shave his beard, and gather new band members for a triumphant 2013 return. A few weeks ago, we celebrated this long-awaited reappearance over some pizza and beer at Grand Street Bakery. The band mostly jammed, going in and out of their new songs for over twenty minutes.
