The concept is basically that it's a year from now and TV on the Radio has broken up, but are reuniting at a diner to catch up on what they've been up to (working at the diner they're at, Peanuts-based LARPing, The Bush Administration on Ice, and owning a Dojo, respectively). But it's singer Tunde Adebimpe that is suffering the most, turning himself into a sort of wandering Prince-style figure. Words can't really do this one justice.
