On each episode of FADER TV's LA Is A Nice Place To Live, the West Coast staff takes in some of the city's culture and fun good times. We recently walked two blocks from the Los Angeles office to catch Little Boots' first L.A. performance at no other than the hipster mecca known as Cinespace. While we weren't surprised Little Boots won over the crowd with her irresistible energy and sporadic turns at the tambourine, the crowd itself did catch us off guard. Who knew that somewhere there was a nexus between the Cobrasnake crowd and dudes that look like bank tellers? Little Boots is touring her homeland now but will return for some very special shows at SXSW in March.
