Jump Source announce debut album Fold with two cloudy dance tracks
The duo, composed of Patrick Holland and Francis Latreille (priori), will be releasing their album April 30 via NAFF.
Montréal electronic duo Jump Source (Patrick Holland and Francis Latreille AKA priori) announced their debut full-length album Fold (out April 30 via NAFF Recordings) alongside two lead singles, “Shattered” featuring Helena Deland & Ross Meen and “Affect” featuring Loukeman.
"Affect" which features Loukeman, who recently produced "DON’T BE DUMB / TRIP BABY" off of A$AP Rocky's Don't Be Dumb album, is a piece of late night techno hypnosis. "Shattered," which shines with vocals from Canadian singer-songwriter and Ouri-collaborator, Helena Deland, is an uptempo house music swirl. Both songs are being released alongside dashboard timelapse music videos which serve as light suggestions to put these on the aux.
The duo also shared the album art for Fold alongside the tracklist and features, which includes Deaton Chris Anthony, billy woods, CFCF, and more.
The announcement comes amidst a slew of live dates for the electronic duo, who will have a DJ residency at New York City’s Public Records starting this March. They will aso play sets at Berlin's Berghain, Barcelona's Soundit Festival, and others this spring and summer.
