The incident took place on July 8, two days before the first of two Beyoncé shows at the Stadium. A chroeographer and dancer reported the break-in to police: stolen property included “watermarked music, some unreleased music, footage plans for the show, and past and future set lists” as well as "AirPods, a MacBook Pro and two suitcases," according to an incident report viewed by KSNB Local 4. None of the stolen property, including the hard drives, has been recovered, investigators told CNN.

Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter tour concluded on July 27 in Las Vegas after 32 shows spanning the United States, England, and France. The tour is named for her 2024 album, which nabbed Album of the Year and Best Country Album at the 2025 Grammys.
