“This record is about embracing a life of enjoyment despite the world or your circumstances…” Uchis said in a statement, “an existential piece focusing on the vulnerability and romanticism of life.”

In the last montj Uchis has appeared on d4vd’s “Crashing” and JENNIE's “Damn Right” alongside Childish Gambino. After releasing her last two albums, 2023’s Red Moon in Venus and 2024’s Orquídeas, via Geffen, Sincerely will be released via Uchis' new home, Capitol.
