Bullion shares Carly Rae Jepsen collaboration “Rare”
The song will appear on the British producer’s forthcoming album Affection.
Bullion, the U.K. producer who has worked with artists including Avalon Emerson, Nilüfer Yanya, and Westerman, has announced details of a new solo album. Affection will be released on April 26 via Ghostly International and includes the single "Rare" featuring Carly Rae Jepsen. Scroll down to hear that song now.
"I’ve been a fan of Bullion from the first listen. His music just sends me some place good every time," Jepsen said in a statement. "When I first reached out to him, I said 'it would be fun to see how your world of music and mine could play together' and it’s been one of the coolest discoveries. To be featured on 'Rare' is such a sweet start to 2024. And as a fan still, I’m really looking forward to this whole album."
Affection also features appearances from Charlotte Adigéry and Animal Collective's Panda Bear. The album follows Bullion's previous solo efforts, 2015's Rooster and Loop The Loop, released the following year.
