evilgiane is the Surf Gang-affiliated producer behind songs like Kendrick Lamar and Baby Keem's "The Hillbillies" and Earl Sweatshirt's "Making The Band." Throughout January he has been dropping solo material, tracks such as "Basic" and "idgaf," but they weren't just loosies. Today the NYC-based producer has unleashed a bumper new mixtape titled #HEAVENSGATE VOL. 1.
Immediate stand outs on #HEAVENSGATE VOL. 1 include "Lil Wayne" featuring Slimesito and K$upreme, plus "IDK Nun," which includes a guest spot from Atlanta's plugg crooner Bear1Boss. It's not just new figures on the underground rap scene that evilgiane works with, though. 03 Greedo pops up on two songs, lending his effortless west coast flow to "Sip Sip" and "Been Da Wave."
