Vince Staples has shared a trailer for his upcoming Netflix series. The Vince Staples Show is a fictional look at Staples life away from the stage with the trailer showing the rapper being shot at in a parking lot, hanging out at a theme park, being caught up in a bank robbery, and enjoying lemon pepper wings with Rick Ross. Check it out below.
Joining Staples in the show's cast will be Vanessa Bell Calloway and Andrea Ellsworth. The five episode season debuts on February 15.
News of The Vince Staples Show being commissioned was first announced in 2022. The Netflix series marks Staples' biggest screen role to date. In recent years he has appeared in small roles in Abbott Elementary, Insecure and the 2023 White Men Can't Jump reboot.
Staples' latest album, Ramona Park Broke My Heart, was released in 2022.
