When the line-up for Rolling Loud California was announced earlier this week Lil Uzi Vert was named as one of the three headline acts alongside Nicki Minaj and Post Malone. However, the rapper promptly announced via Instagram that they had never agreed to appear at the 2024 event. "Don’t understand why my name is on here" they wrote in reaction to the festival poster.
It seems that Uzi wasn't simply out of the loop with their live agent. They are not performing at next year's Rolling Loud and have been replaced by a joint performance from Future and Metro Boomin. The rapper-producer duo have been teasing something together for a while and, confirming their place on the bill, Rolling Loud said a joint album will be out by the time the festival takes place in March.
