Peggy Gou has dropped "I Believe In Love Again," her new single featuring Lenny Kravitz. The new collaboration is Gou's first release since "(It Goes Like) Nanana", one of the biggest songs of the summer. Scroll down to listen now.
"The 90s have had such a huge influence on my music," says Gou in a statement. "People know about my love of the dance/house/rave scene from that time but I’ve always been a big R&B fan, and also a huge fan of Lenny. I listened endlessly to his album 5 but his whole discography is great, totally timeless. He came into the studio and transformed the guide vocal into magic, writing new lyrics and creating that incredible guitar riff. 'I Believe In Love Again' is a strong message of positivity and hope, and we hope everyone feels thatwhen they hear the song."
"I Believe In Love Again" and "(It Goes Like) Nanana" will both feature on Gou's upcoming debut album, which is due out via XL Recordings in the new year.
Kravitz, meanwhile, recently returned with two new solo singles. "TK421" was released in October while "Road To Freedom," taken from the Netflix Oscar-contender Rustin arrived earlier this month.
