Jay Rock shares his first single as a lead artist since 2018

Earlier this year, Jay Rock got a shoutout on Kendrick Lamar and Baby Keem's "The Hillbillies," and now the TDE rapper has shared his first new single as lead artist in five years. "Eastside" featuring Kal Banx boasts a total firestarter of a beat, making the perfect springboard for his signature yelpy bars. Rock's last album was Redemption in 2018, which featured the Kendrick, James Blake, and and Future collab, which won a Grammy after appearing on the Black Panther soundtrack.
