Rauw Alejandro and Bizarrap go full Eurodance on “Baby Hello”
The music video for this PLAYA SATURNO single has the reggaeton futurist playing his signature sexual extraterrestrial.
Rauw Alejandro has dropped "Baby Hello," a taste of his upcoming album PLAYA SATURNO. The song was produced by Argentina's Bizarrap, who already collabed with Alejandro earlier this week for "BZRP Music Session #56." It also features a music video directed by Martin Seipel and el Zorro, which has the reggaeton futurist playing his signature sexual extraterrestrial.
But for all of its space-age stylings, "Baby Hello" slots neatly into the retro Eurodance revival heralded by Bebe Rexha and her rallying cry of "I'm good, yeah I'm feeling alright." It even features a talk box vocoder hook that's so corny it loops back around and becomes kind of awesome. Alejandro released his last full-length, Saturno, earlier this year, and followed it up with RR, an EP collab with his girlfriend Rosalía.
