Little Simz goes apeshit in new “Gorilla” music video

Little Simz has shared a new music video for "Gorilla" from her most recent album NO THANK YOU, which came out at the end of last year. The track is Simz's entry into the canon of "started from the bottom" rap anthems, and her verses — plus producer Inflo's luxe horns and boom bap drums — now have their perfect visual foil: suped-out BMW's, suits and baseball caps, and brass bands on the lawn. And at one point, the rapper literally floats up into the air. In April, Simz announced dates for her 2023 North American tour after previously postponing it due to financial concerns.
