100 gecs mask up and do crime in “The Most Wanted Person In The United States” video
The irreverent 10,000 Gecs cut gets an appropriately silly visual treatment.
“The Most Wanted Person In The United States” — the recently released 100 gecs track with a beat that’s essentially the "Sleng Teng Riddim" — has finally received the goofy visuals to match its irreverent sonics. The new video finds Laura Les and Dylan Brady masking up to steal packages off of porches, brandish plastic swords at Ring doorbell cameras, kick a life-sized plastic horse, and hold up a convenience store with automatic weapons made of Monster Energy cans, among other misadventures. Watch it above.
Gecs are entering the final 10 days of their sold-out U.S. tour, after which they’ll head to Australia, New Zealand, and Japan for three more gigs in July. View their upcoming dates below.
“The Most Wanted Person In The United States” comes from the duo’s March LP, 10,000 gecs. Listen to Les and Brady discuss the album with Alex Robert Ross on the 82nd episode of The FADER Interview podcast.
