Tony Shhnow is this week’s guest on The FADER Interview. In advance of his new album Love Streak’s release this Friday (April 28), he spoke to The FADER’s news editor Jordan Darville about collaboration, relationships, and the resurgence of plugg music, the latter due in large part to his own efforts.
Their conversation was filled with pearls of wisdom, but as the interview wound down, Shhnow revealed a bit of exciting (if not exactly surprising) bit of information: He’s already working on two more projects, and one of them will be out by the time the ball drops on 2023.
“I’m not one of those rappers that makes an album and then goes on vacation,” he said when asked what he does in the days and week’s before a new record’s release. “I just made a song before we got on the phone. I probably will make two more. I literally cannot help it. I constantly want to better myself. I’m definitely working on the next two projects right now. Although Love Streak comes out on the 28th, I’ll have something else prepared for y’all by the end of the year for sure.”
