SZA, SOS
The hugely anticipated sophomore album from pop-R&B queen SZA is out today. Released five years after her beloved debut Ctrl, SOS arrives today with 23 tracks including the singles "Shirt" and "I Hate U," with "Blind" receiving its debut last week on Saturday Night Live. Travis Scott, Phoebe Bridgers, Don Toliver, and Ol' Dirty Bastard feature on the new record.

Anuel AA, LLNM2
Las Leyendas Nunca Mueren 2 (translated from Spanish: Legends Never Die 2) is the sequel to the Puerto Rico-based trap artist's third studio album, released in 2021. It's quite an investment of time at 33 tracks long, and packed with features from David Guetta, Kodak Black, Lil Durk, Nicky Jam, and more.

†††, Permanent.Radient EP
Back in 2013, Chino Moreno of Deftones teamed up with Shaun Lopez to form ††† (pronounced "crosses"), an electro project inspired by classic groups like Depeche Mode as well as the emerging sound of witch house. After a lengthy hiatus, the duo began releasing the occasional single here and there once more in 2020; Permanent.Radient is their first collection of new music since their 2014 debut album.

Mercury, fear mercury
The new EP from Atlanta rapper Mercury came out on Wednesday, and it's a standout release from this week. A collaboration with producer feardorian, fear mercury is another showcase of Mercury's ear for beats with creative samples: songs by Stereolab, Yung Lean, Coco & Clair Clair, and Basement Jaxx all get revitalized on the new release.

Mount Westmore, Snoop, Cube, 40, $hort
Four legendary west coast rappers team up for a project named — what else? — Mount Westmore and a debut album titled — OK, this is maybe a bit too on-the-nose — Snoop, Cube, 40, $hort. The 16 tracks include the previously released singles "Big Subwoofer," "Free Game," "Too Big," and "Activator."

Leland Whitty, Anyhow
The debut solo album from Leland Whitty of BADBADNOTGOOD was created with a number of outside contributors including his BBNG bandmates and his brother Lowell. The tracks we've heard so far, "Awake" and "Glass Moon," add a more cinematic dimension to the rap-inspired jazz that made his group so successful.

Idles, Five Years of Brutalism
In the five years since releasing Brutalism, Idles have become one of the bands at the forefront of the new English rock band wave. To celebrate, the group are reissuing their debut today, including a full surprise set they performed at last year’s Glastonbury Festival.

It’s been ten years since the release of Alabama Shakes’ debut album, Boys & Girls. To celebrate, the blues-rock group are sharing a deluxe version. Today’s release repackages the original album along with a 2012 live performance from KCRW’s “Morning Becomes Eclectic.”

Kay Flock, The D.O.A. Tape (Deluxe)
Kay Flock’s breakout 2022 has included a song with Cardi B (“Shake It“) and a Gucci Mane collaboration (“Geeked Up“). Today, the Bronx drill rapper shares an expanded edition of his 2021 tape with 10 news songs — more than doubling the original tracklist.

Knucks, Alpha Place (Deluxe)
Two new songs get added to the deluxe edition of Alpha Place, the debut album from London rapper Knucks that just secured a MOBO Award for Album Of The Year. His 2021 track with Skiifall “Ting Tun Up Pt. II” was our second favorite song of the year.

The original version of Lucky Daye's Candydrip was recently nominated for Best R&B Album at the 65th Annual Grammys, so it makes sense that the New Orleans artist is coming through with an expanded edition as voting heats up. Dive into the four new tracks now.
