Post Malone's new album twelve carat toothache was described by the artist as an exploration of "the ups and downs and the disarray and the bipolar aspect of being an artist in the mainstream." And despite some friction with his label over the release date, the resulting album didn't shy away from radio bait. One example is "I Like You (A Happier Song)," a Doja Cat-featuring cut that's become the project's biggest hit. Today, its visuals are out in the world.
True to the song's tone, the video is colorful and cheerful. Post Malone sits in an idyllic field and paints a portrait of Doja Cat, who comes to life and dons Midsommar-esque bikini along with other, less literally flowery outfits. They're joined by other couples who cuddle, fraternize in big inflatable balls, and otherwise enjoy each others' company. Watch above.
