Stranger Things hasn't aired new episodes in a minute but the long-awaited fourth season will hit Netflix on May 27. A trailer for the long-awaited return of the Upside Down show debuted today and can be seen above.
Details of what to expect from the new season remain unknown but expect things to pick up six months after the Battle of Starcourt that brought terror to Hawkins as S3 came to a close back in 2019. The trailer shows the return of the original crew, Millie Bobby Brown, Noah Schnapp, Charlie Heaton, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, and Caleb McLaughlin, but they're separated for the first time as they make their way through high school while dealing with the fallout of their last few years.
The fourth season of Stranger Things will be its last and will roll out in two parts, the first starting May 27 before the final tranche of episodes hits the streamer on July 1.
