Kendrick Lamar, Dr. Dre, Mary J. Blige, Eminem, and Snoop Dogg have been confirmed to appear at the 2022 Super Bowl Halftime Show. The performance is scheduled to take place on February 13, 2022 in the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
Confirming the news on Instagram, Dr. Dre wrote that the performance “will introduce the next saga of my career.” Kendrick Lamar, meanwhile, has been teasing new music in recent months.
As part of the Halftime Show, Pepsi and the NFL will also support the launch of Regional School #1, a magnet high school in South Los Angeles that is set to open for students next fall as part of the LA Unified School District.
The Weeknd headlined the 2021 Super Bowl Halftime Show, putting a reported $7M of his own money into the spectacular event.
