slowthai has released “CANCELLED”, a new collaboration with Skepta taken from his forthcoming sophomore record TYRON. Debuted on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last week, “CANCELLED” is described in a press release as “a mirror held up to the modern phenomenon of cancel culture … [which] doesn’t shy away from being a bold and urgent response to those who tried to tear him down.” The song arrives alongside a video directed by THE REST which pays homage to classic horror, from American Psycho to Nightmare On Elm Street. TYRON is out this Friday, February 12 on Method / AWGE / Interscope, and follows 2019’s Nothing Great About Britain. It was preceded by the singles “MAZZA”, featuring A$AP Rocky, “nhs”, "Thoughts", and “feel away”, a collaboration with James Blake and Mount Kimbie.
