Lil Tjay shares Pop Smoke tribute “Forever Pop”

Pop Smoke's tragic death on Wednesday is still being processed by the world of hip-hop, and on Thursday, fellow New York City rapper Lil Tjay shared a tribute track called "Forever Pop."

The song doesn't come out of left field: Tjay and Pop were frequent collaborators, sharing songs like "War" and "Mannequin," which appeared on Pop's recent project Meet The Woo 2. Tjay mourns the friendship beneath the artistic connection that was untimely cut short, and concludes the song with a snippet of a Pop Smoke interview. Listen above.
