Nnamdi Ogbonnaya is now just NNAMDÏ. The Chicago artist has been teasing a project under this shortened stage name for a minute, with tracks such as "Price Went Up." Now, he's detailing the record. It's called BRAT, and it's out April 3 via his own label, Sooper Records (also home to Chicago compadres Sen Morimoto and KAINA).
In tandem with the announcement, NNAMDÏ has shared a new single from BRAT, a subdued and glossy track called "Wasted." The accompanying video (directed by Morimoto alongside Jess Myers & Husni Ashiku) visualizes the album's artwork, and finds him throwing down in a bounce castle in pursuit of a lost tiara. Watch the clip, and peep BRAT's tracklist, below.
