Being the perfect pitch prodigy that he is, Puth appropriately plays the tunes by memory on a lap-sized piano in the segment and gets technical when referring to tracks like his number one pick, “Who Am I (What’s My Name)” by Snoop Dogg featuring Dr. Dre. “I love that Dre would always put the crash symbol at the beginning of every fourth bar,” geeks Puth about the former N.W.A. member’s production style.
