Pop singer Normani officially won Halloween with her stunning recreations of superstar Cher and legendary supermodel Naomi Campbell. Her Naomi Campbell look costume is based off of an iconic photoshoot the supermodel did for luxury fashion house Maison Alaïa in 1991. Normani's recreation was aided by the Oscar-winning tailor for Black Panther, Kevin Mayes. Even more impressive, her recreation was shouted out by the inspiration herself, with the supermodel expressing her love for the "gorgeous remake" on Instagram.
For her second look, Normani recreated a moment taken from Cher's Prisoner photoshoot by Harry Langdon. Just like the photos from the 1979 album, Normani kneels against an identical temple backdrop, adorned only in wire fairy wings and a crystal head-piece by designer John Allen, doubling as a bedazzled wig.
Though Naomi Campbell once said, “it was called an icon party, but there were no icons there," Normani's definitely had a few. See the looks below.
Update 11/1/19 5:31 p.m.: She did it again — this time, she channelled Queen of Tejano Selena Quintanilla, reportedly for Jay-Z and Beyoncé's Halloween party. Photos below.
