Update [4:15 p.m. EST]: Drake has responded to Graham Sr.'s claims, writing on his Instagram story: "Woke up today so hurt man. My father will say anything to anyone that's willing to listen to him. It's sad when family gets like this but what can we really do, that's the people we are stuck with... every bar I ever spit was the truth and the truth is hard for some people to accept."

It's no secret that Drake's got daddy issues. His contentious relationship with Dennis Graham has surfaced on tracks like "Look What You've Done," and the rapper's discussed it openly in interviews, telling Complex: "I didn’t have a father, because he was in jail two separate times." Now, papa Graham is pushing back on Drake's allegations. In a new interview with Nick Cannon, Graham alleges that Drake admitted to him that the deadbeat dad schtick is one that's filled his pockets.

"I had a conversation with Drake about that. I have always been with Drake. I talk to him, if not every day, every other day," Graham Sr. told Cannon. "We really got into a deep conversation about that... I said, Drake, why are you saying all this stuff about me? This is not cool. [He said] dad, it sells records."
