Bobby Shmurda could be out of jail as early as December 11, 2020, according to the New York State Department of Corrections. His parole hearing will take place next August; the latest he can be released from the Clinton Correctional Facility in upstate New York is December 11, 2021.
Shmurda (real name Ackquille Jean Pollard) was sentenced to seven years behind bars in 2016 after pleading guilty to guilty to conspiracy to criminally possess a weapon and criminal weapons possession. Late last year, the rapper's mother, Leslie Pollard, said that she expected him to be released in November 2020.
