A$AP Rocky made his return to live duty on Sunday night. The rapper headlines the Real Street Festival in Anaheim, California. It was the first time he has played live since he was arrested and charged with assault in Sweden last month. He is due to hear the verdict of his trial this Wednesday, August 14.
During the Real Street set, Rocky was joined by guests A$AP Ferg, YG, and Tyler, The Creator, who came out during "Who Dat Boy."
Speaking about his time in a Swedish jail, Rocky said: “Y’all know how happy I am to be here right now, I wanna say this though. When I was away what I experienced was crazy.... It was a scary, humbling experience but I’m here right now. God is good. People who ain’t even fuck with me felt sympathy. People was praying for me, that uplifted me when my spirits was low. I can’t thank y’all enough, man, that was crazy. Hip-hop never looked so strong together.”
