Later this year, Elizabeth Banks is rebooting Charlie's Angels with Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska. There's also another high wattage trio involved in the film — Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande and Lana Del Rey. About a week ago, Miley and Ari alluded to a potential collaboration through some coy Twitter activity. Today, Miley confirmed that the trio have indeed cooked something up, and that the first bit of the collaboration will arrive tomorrow in tandem with the first trailer for Charlie's Angels.
Though this will mark the first time the pop behemoths have collaborated on the same project, they've each supported one another in the past. Back in 2015, Miley and Ari released a cover of "Don't Dream It's Over." Lana is a noted Ari fan, even posting an IG story of her lipsyncing to "Pete Davidson." Additionally, Miley covered Lana's "Summertime Sadness" during the Bangerz tour. Stay tuned for whatever the three have up their sleeves, due out tomorrow.
