Earlier this year, one of Sweden's most imaginative producers Kornél Kovács released his terrific sophomore LP Stockholm Marathon. A thesis of sorts on life in his "beautiful, boring" hometown, Kovács packs its 38-minute run time with tiny love letters to the city, from a buoyant tribute to a defunct festival on "Ducks" to the reassuring vocal blips of "Club Notes." The album opens with a song called "Purple Skies," and today, Kovács has unveiled its video. The gorgeous Alexandra Dahlström-directed clip is, fittingly, a sprint through Stockholm, and all the colors and textures that define it. Check it out, and stream Stockholm Marathon in full, below.
